Working with Main Contractors
Often we are asked by Main Contractors of projects to work on their behalf and complete the painting and decorating elements of a project as sub-contractors. Here are a few examples, showing us as industrial and commercial decorators (Gorsey Place, Skelmersdale), HMO or homes in multiple occupation home painters and decorators (Princess Park Mansions), and Student Let painters and decorators (Cathedral Campus):
Gorsey Place Industrial Units, Skelmersdale
Main contractor Krol Corlett tasked us with painting and decorating to four large industrial unit floors in Skelmersdale.
Using a specification from Johnstones paints and using, EP001 Epoxy DPM primer and EP301 floor paint from their industrial paint range we transformed these rough-looking floors into attractive hard-wearing surfaces.
Princess Park Mansions
Princess Park Mansions, a Grade 2 listed building here in Liverpol. We worked closely with Krol Corlett construction on a sympathetic restoration. We undertook full external redecoration using Keim paints.
This project was superbly orchestrated and managed, which helped us to bring the project in on time and budget to an excellent standard.
Cathedral Campus, Liverpool
Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral provides an incredible backdrop for these student accommodation options in Liverpool. We worked with Krol Corlett construction restoration. We undertook a complete redecoration to the student accommodation and communal areas.
